Medium- and high-density development gallery
Jefferson Westside Neighbors
Examples of medium- and high-density development in the JWN.
The JWN area has extensive medium- and high-density development, ranging from The
Tate high-end condominiums to very basic apartments. This housing also includes
retirement housing; subsidized affordable housing, and residential treatment facilities.
Below is a small sampling of dense residential development within the JWN boundaries.
Note that all of the examples are outside the area encompassed by the proposed S-JW
zone and would not be affected by the proposed S-JW standards.

The JWN has also been a leader in the City's Opportunity Siting (OS) process to identify
appropriate new sites where well-designed, medium- and high-density residential
development that would make a positive contribution to the neighborhood can be
encouraged. Learn more about the JWN's participation in the OS process.
