Elections to be held for Executive Board vacancies
Elections were held at the October 11, 2011 JWN General Meeting to fill two "At-Large"
vacancies on the JWN Executive Board.
Current members of the 2011-2012 board are:
Regular elections for all JWN Executive Board positions will be held at the April 10, 2012
General Meeting.
A candidate for any office must be a member of the JWN and either:
i. be present at the general meeting when the election is held and indicate his or her
willingness to serve in the position; or
ii. have attended and signed in at one of the previous six JWN general meetings, and have
submitted a written statement of his or her willingness to serve in the position to the
Executive Board prior to the election.
To be elected, a candidate must receive a majority of the valid votes cast and must receive
at least six valid votes.
