We are encouraging anyone in the community who would like to provide feedback, to please take this 5 minute online survey and continue sharing with other community members. The survey is currently available in an online format in both English and Spanish.

After completing the survey, you have the option to follow a separate link to register to win one of several gift cards the Police Auditor’s Office will be raffling when they conclude this project. Again, this is a completely anonymous way to provide input and opinions about law enforcement practices in the area. Feel free to email them [Beatriz.R.Hernandez@ci.eugene.or.us] with any questions.
