  2. 6:30 – 6:35: Introduction of board members.
  3. 6:35 – 6:40: Introduction, comments, and announcements from non-board members. Presiding officer will ask non-board members to indicate if they want to speak. Comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker, reducible to no less than 2 minutes by the presiding officer, if there are more than 3 speakers.
  4. 6:40 – 6:45: Agenda adjustments from board members (5 minutes):

  1. 7:20 – 7:25: Prior general meeting review and Fall Schedule
  • October: Bylaws discussion and vote (LTD with Allie Brusasco, Board Administrator; HFG)
  • November (Zoom): City Councilors (Send invites?) + Public Works on JWN street projects.
  1. 7:25 – 7:35: Presiding Officers for October and November (Zoom) GM.
  2. 7:35-7:45: Candidate forum in winter/spring 2024?
  3.  7:45-8:00: Discussion of General Meetings: schedule/frequency; modes; and locations.
