• City Councilor, Emily Semple, will give an update on Council work and take questions.
• UO Geography Professor and author Peter Walker will give a presentation on collaborative projects in Harney County, discuss their impact on the 2016 Malheur Refuge occupation, and converse with neighbors about ways to encourage collaborative processes in local problem-solving efforts.
