- 6:30 – Meeting called to order.
- 6:30 – 6:35: Introduction of board members.
- 6:35 – 6:40: Introduction, comments, and announcements from non-board members. Presiding officer will ask non-board members to indicate if they want to speak. Comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker, reducible to no less than 2 minutes by the presiding officer if there are more than 3 speakers.
- The public comment period is not a discussion. The Board will not address questions asked by guests during the public comment period unless they can be answered succinctly and with the three-minute time limit. More detailed responses requested will be addressed via email. Guests will be directed to submit questions to the JWN email address to be answered.
- Guests who wish to stay to observe the meeting must turn off their video and mute after speaking.
- Once guests have spoken, they should refrain from posting in the chat or interjecting themselves into the discussion.
- Guests will be warned once for prohibited behavior and will be removed from the meeting on the second violation.
- Guests who have been invited to participate on specific agenda item may, of course, engage in discussion on that item.
